System Survey & Design
We are happy to
survey your site or plans and Design a system to suit your requirements.
We are always happy to entertain your individual preferences and
requirements, even if they are outside our normal scope of business. We
continually work with special requests to help provide you with the perfect
solution. We can provide complete Autocad layout designs of your premises,
detailing all equipment and cabling:- cable-runs, Camera and reader
locations, Alarm panels and more.
Installation
All of our
Installers are fully trained in the installation of CCTV equipment, are
fully trained on health and safety and hold PASS certificates for working
on-site. We have guidelines and protocols to ensure all equipment and
cabling is installed to the highest standards, and have experience of
working in the most clinical area's and with the most stringent working
environments in the country. All installations are performed in accordance
with Cenelec standard.
Training
We provide full
training on all our systems - this involves a representative calling
on-site, and spending between 1/2hr and a number of hours (whatever it
takes) to ensure you fully understand the operation of your equipment.
During this time a check-list is completed to ensure everything is completed
to our high levels of quality. If required, we are always happy to call on a
second occasion to provide refresher training or more advanced training - at
no extra charge. We believe that you should benefit fully from the systems
purchased from us, and this is only possible if you can operate as required.
Support
We provide
friendly and flexible support to all of our clients. It is our aim to ensure
all questions and problems are resolved as quickly as possible. There is
always telephone support available to our clients to provide information and
assistance. We are always happy to receive your calls, we intend to provide
you with the best possible support, so you can get the most out of your
system.
Maintenance
We offer
maintenance contracts on all systems to help ensure equipment is in full
working order and performance, all the time. This includes general cleaning,
servicing and preventative maintenance.
Repairs
We have mobile
workshops ready to be despatched to deal with any problems that may occur.
We also have repairs workshops at our own premises to deal with any returns
and pc / software related issues, if required.
Remote Monitoring
Where requested (and highly
recommended) we can connect your Alarm System to a Monitoring company. This
company will be alerted upon alarm activation. From there they will contact
the designated key-holders of the organisation, and failing that will
contact the local Garda Station. This is an essential feature for Commercial
Alarm Systems to comply with NSAI, which in turn will normally demand
significant discounts with your Insurance provider.
Finance
All of our CCTV
Systems can be purchased directly or purchased through finance such as
leasing. It is our pleasure to help arrange leasing, and to try on your
behalf to receive the best rates possible. |
